Payment Terms:
Booking deposit: non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount is 15% of the full price.

Remaining balance: the remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot or event.
Travel expenses: are not included in the session price and will be charged separately at a rate of 0.30€ per kilometer for distances exceeding 20 km from postcode 5625AG.
File Handling:
Raw files: will not be shared with clients. Only edited images will be provided.

Image Storage: all photographs will be stored for up to one year after the final product has been delivered. After this period, all files related to the project may be deleted.
Clients receive only the amount of the pictures included in the package. There is a possibility to choose more with an additional charge.
Model Release:
Permission: Clients must sign a model release form, granting the photographer the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including on the website and social media platforms. This is an essential part of my business.

Product Delivery:
The editing process typically takes between 2-4 weeks.
Only edited pictures will be delivered, the photographer reserves the right to select photos for editing.
